Terms and Conditions for The Box App Software SRL
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications—including Diet Meal Master, Meals PRO, Get LEAN Now, Nibble Nomad, Healthy Nibbles, and Seduction (collectively, the "Apps")—provided by The Box App Software SRL ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Apps:

2. Diet and Nutrition Apps Terms
(These sections apply to Diet Meal Master, Meals PRO, Get LEAN Now, Nibble Nomad, and Healthy Nibbles.)

The Apps generate personalized diet meal plans based on your input and goals. These meal plans are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. You are solely responsible for your health and well-being and should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet or exercise program.
2.2. Accuracy of Nutritional Information
The nutritional information provided in the Apps is based on publicly available data and may not be accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any nutritional information before consuming any food. All food data is based on uncooked food; cooking may change the macronutrient content.
You acknowledge that the Apps are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of inaccuracies or inconsistencies in the nutritional information provided.
2.3. Disclaimer of Health Claims
The Apps do not claim to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease. The personalized diet meals generated are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical or nutritional advice. You assume full responsibility for any health issues or adverse reactions that may arise. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or exercise regimen.
2.4. Cooking and Macronutrient Data
All macronutrient data is based on uncooked food. Cooking, processing, or preparation can alter nutritional content. The Developer is not liable for any changes in macronutrient data resulting from these factors. You should consult a healthcare professional for dietary planning.
2.5. Food Images Disclaimer
Images provided in the Apps are for presentation purposes only and may not accurately represent portion sizes, serving sizes, or actual macronutrient content. You should always verify the nutritional data before making food choices.
2.6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Some features of the Apps may include AI-generated meal images and AI-generated recipe suggestions. These outputs are generated by algorithms based on various data sources and are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only.

3. Seduction App Specific Terms
(These terms apply exclusively to the Seduction mobile application.)
3.1. Purpose and Nature
Seduction is provided for entertainment and educational purposes related to dating, social interactions, and personal development. The app does not guarantee any specific outcomes. Use of Seduction is at your own discretion, and you acknowledge that results may vary.
3.2. Local Data Storage and No Remote Processing
Unlike our diet and nutrition Apps, Seduction does not transmit or store any personal data remotely. All information you input remains stored exclusively on your device. No personal data is processed on our servers, mitigating many traditional data protection risks.
3.3. User Control
All data within Seduction is fully under your control. You can delete or manage your information directly on your device by uninstalling the App or clearing its local storage.

4. Intellectual Property
The Apps and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Apps without our prior written consent. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law. Any feedback provided to us regarding the Apps may be used without any obligation to compensate you.
5. Registration and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any other credentials associated with your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or credentials. By registering for an account, you agree to provide truthful information and confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.
6. User Conduct
You are solely responsible for all content you provide through the Apps. You agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to impersonate or misrepresent your association with any person or entity, and not to harvest information about other users. The Developer shall not be liable for any user-generated content or any errors or omissions therein.
6.1. Profile Sharing and Leaderboard Participation
For Apps that include profile sharing and leaderboard features, by enabling these features you agree to make certain information—such as your username, avatar, achievements, and rankings—publicly viewable. Once enabled, this information cannot be unshared or withdrawn.
7. Submission of Content
By submitting content to the Apps, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, perform, promote, archive, translate, and create derivative works from your content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Apps at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the integrity of the Apps.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Box App Software SRL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use or inability to use the Apps.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Apps after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
