These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications (the “Apps”) provided by The Box App Software SRL (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Apps include:

By downloading, installing, or using any App, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Apps.

USE OF THE APPS
1.1 Lawful Use Only. You agree to use the Apps in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
1.2 Prohibited Conduct. You must not, under any circumstances:
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors;
• Transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, or any unauthorized promotional materials;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Apps (except as permitted by mandatory law). -
DIET & NUTRITION APPS
(Applies to Nutri Learn, NutriPlan by Diet Meal Master, Meals PRO, Get LEAN Now, Nibble Nomad, and Nibbly)
2.1 Personalized Meal Plans
• The Apps generate meal plans based solely on information you provide.
• These plans are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice or a substitute for a professional nutritionist or healthcare provider.
2.2 Accuracy of Data
• Nutritional values derive from public databases and third-party sources, which may be incomplete or inaccurate.
• All data reflect uncooked food; cooking, processing, or preparation can alter macronutrient and calorie values.
• You are solely responsible for verifying any nutritional information before consuming any food or following any plan.
2.3 No Medical or Professional Advice
• The Apps do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet or exercise program.
• We disclaim all liability for any decisions you make based on content provided by the Apps.
2.4 AI‑Generated Content
• Some recipes, meal suggestions, and images are generated by artificial intelligence for illustrative purposes only.
• AI outputs may not accurately reflect real-world nutritional values, preparation methods, or final appearance.
• You assume full responsibility for verifying and validating any AI-generated information before use.
2.5 Social Connections in Nibbly
• On Nibbly, you may opt to connect with other users to share progress, achievements, and point totals.
• Once a connection is established, you cannot later revoke or hide points that were visible to that user.
• Your total points and point-earning history will remain visible to all users you have connected with, even if you later disconnect or delete your account. -
SEDUCTION APP
(Applies exclusively to Seduction Secrets)
3.1 Entertainment & Educational Purposes Only
• Content is provided for personal development in social and dating contexts; no outcomes are guaranteed.
3.2 Local Data Storage
• All user inputs and data remain stored locally on your device; we do not transmit or store personal data on our servers.
3.3 Data Control
• You may delete or clear all data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing local storage.

COUPLES GROWTH APP

4.1 Informational & Personal Development Only
• Provides quizzes, insights, and tips on intimacy and relationship skills for consenting adults.

• Content is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical care.
• Consult a licensed therapist or counselor for serious relationship issues.
4.3 Age Restriction
• Users must be at least 18 years old to access content related to intimacy.
4.4 User Data & Privacy
• Quiz responses and preferences may be stored to personalize your experience.

4.5 No Outcome Guarantees
• We make no promises regarding relationship improvements or outcomes. -
FINANCIAL APP
(Applies exclusively to Money Quadrant)
5.1 Informational Purposes Only
• All financial data, analyses, charts, and articles are provided for educational and illustrative use.
5.2 No Financial Advice
• We are not licensed financial advisors.
• Nothing in Money Quadrant constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
5.3 User Responsibility
• You alone bear all risk for financial decisions made based on the App.
• Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
5.4 Limitation of Liability
• We disclaim all liability for any financial losses or damages arising from your use of Money Quadrant or reliance on its content. -
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Ownership. All Apps, code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors.
6.2 Restrictions. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or sell any part of the Apps without our prior written consent. -
REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT SECURITY
7.1 Age Requirements. You must be at least 13 years old to register for a general account—and at least 18 for intimacy-focused Apps.
7.2 Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
7.3 Notification. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. -
USER CONTENT & CONDUCT
8.1 Your Content. You retain ownership of user-generated content but grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it.
8.2 Prohibited Content. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.
8.3 Social & Leaderboard Features.
• Enabling social or leaderboard features may make certain profile data (username, avatar, achievements, points) public.
• On Nibbly, connections are permanent: once you connect with another user, your points remain visible to them even after disconnection. -
THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
9.1 Third-Party Content. The Apps may contain links to or integrations with third-party services.
9.2 No Endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party. -
TERMINATION
10.1 Our Rights. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for other lawful reasons.
10.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect. -
DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 No Warranties. THE APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
11.2 Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS. -
CHANGES TO TERMS
12.1 Updates. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms in the Apps or on our website.
12.2 Acceptance. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms. -
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Romania. -
